As a business analyst and Senior IT Project Manager working for big corporations, I’ve written and edited everything from newsletters, business processes through to contracts and emails.
I’m a perfectionist
I’m meticulous when it comes to the quality of what I’m delivering. Anything less than perfect won’t leave my computer.
I’m into details
Reviewing text or looking at diagrams, I notice the little things that others miss. Like an apostrophe that doesn’t belong, or a typo in a chart. So my feedback will always be very detailed and thorough.
I’m a small business owner
I started this business and an ecommerce business in 2018, transitioning full time from corporate in 2019. So I get what it’s like as a business owner and juggling priorities. Sometimes there are never enough hours in the day.
I like helping people
Sounds clichéd but it’s true. One of the best parts of my job is getting to know people and helping clients get results. I also enjoy coaching my team, and it makes my day when they get excellent client feedback.
I live in Sydney, Australia, and so does my team. But with technology that doesn’t matter. I’m happy to work with you no matter how many miles apart we are.
My Skills
I write and edit/proofread for small to medium-sized businesses: Amazon product descriptions, blogs, Facebook ads, website content, eBooks. And, of course, business processes. Sometimes I even help companies build their content strategy, drive SEO, and create their entire information architecture.
I’ve worked within the Information Technology sector for over 20 years and at its core is constant change that drives a need for solid, quality business analysis and documentation.
